It's a restaurant where you'll find only 100% organic, vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotic food. Absolutely not frozen food but every day a different menu with fresh vegetables, legumes, cereals, seitan, tofu, tempeh, gluten free food and raw food specialties.

The entrance is a store (where you can buy food) and on the back there is the restaurant.

BRAC

It's a very special place close to Santa Croce church. A mix between book cafè and vegetarian restaurant. A peaceful atmosphere, white fornitures and a comfortable courtyard. Reservation is highly recommended.

IL VEGETARIANO

Not too far from San Lorenzo church there is this self-service restaurant where you can find only organic food, and a selected menu half for vegetarian people and half for vegan people. Menu based on tipically Tuscan food and even ethnic food. Highly recommended to try cakes!

DOLCE VEGAN

The real vegan philosophy in the center of Florence. Their concept is to offer a "non violent cuisine". Home made pasta, seitan, vegan fast food, special cackes. No meat, no fish, no milk, no eggs, no honey. It's also a store and a fine pastries store.

BIO BISTROT

Everything is bio here, from forniture to food and water. Situated in the quarter just behind the central train station of Santa Maria Novella, it's a place where you can find organic food and a high attention to the choise of products.
