LA RACCOLTA BIO
It's a restaurant where you'll find only 100% organic, vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotic food. Absolutely not frozen food but every day a different menu with fresh vegetables, legumes, cereals, seitan, tofu, tempeh, gluten free food and raw food specialties.
The entrance is a store (where you can buy food) and on the back there is the restaurant.

It's a very special place close to Santa Croce church. A mix between book cafè and vegetarian restaurant. A peaceful atmosphere, white fornitures and a comfortable courtyard. Reservation is highly recommended.

The real vegan philosophy in the center of Florence. Their concept is to offer a "non violent cuisine". Home made pasta, seitan, vegan fast food, special cackes. No meat, no fish, no milk, no eggs, no honey. It's also a store and a fine pastries store.
Opening time: Every day (closed on tuesday), 10:00am-03:00pm and 05:00pm-11:00pm. Open in august.
