La Bohème
One of the most touching love stories ever - Rodolfo the poet and Mimi the seamstress find each other in Paris. Life as a Bohemian is difficult, but with help from their friends Marcello the painter and Musetta the showgirl, they manage. However, Mimi’s fragile health and Rodolfo’s fierce temper leads the opera to take a dramatic turn.

A star of the Tuscan Sun Festival in 2009, Ms Gheorghiu returns to help celebrate the festival’s tenth edition with a concert to remember.

Held under the Gherardesca Garden’s age-old trees at sunset, when the light is just perfect, nothing is more delightful than staying outdoors, having a drink and listening to a nice concert, especially if it is a charity concert. In keeping with tradition, The Sunset Concert will be performed by young boys and girls aged between 10 and 17 from the Orchestra of Fiesole’s Music School - one of Europe’s most prestigious music academies.
A truly unique event which helps to raise money for the School and the training of young talented musicians, the evening will include a superb buffet dinner, prepared as usual, by Chef Vito Mollica and his amazing culinary team.
